Equal Exchange has never been one to think inside the box; even though we are a co-op, we don’t like to be cooped up.  It all started back in 1986: we challenged the Reagan administration’s trade embargo against Nicaragua and succeeded in introducing the first fair trade coffee beans to the U.S.

Now, here we go again - our café on wheels is hitting the streets of the Hub! Who knew a trike could deliver fairly traded, locally-roasted, organic, served-in-a-compostable-cup, caffeinated euphoria?
