For the next month, the trike is featuring El Triunfo coffee, a single origin Mexican coffee, from the El Triunfo biosphere. There are special rules to farming in or near a biosphere. Special care must be taken in the number of plants, their placement, and how they are fertilized. This limited coffee release draws attention to the partnerships we are developing with farmers in Biospheres worldwide. These relationships provide excellent coffee and promote excellent stewardship of our scarce natural resources. Click-thru to learn more about the coffee and our ongoing projects.

We’re a proud cooperative, we proudly work with other cooperatives, and we’re featured in the film! Help them finish it at Kickstarter!
